1. Letter of acceptance of your most recent grade report (if you are currently enrolled) from the school for which you want Grace Reliant Family Foundation to grant you a scholarship to attend

2. A short essay explaining your goals for your future and why you believe attending this school will prepare you to achieve them

3. A letter of recommendation from a teacher

4. A letter of recommendation from a pastor, youth leader, scout leader, or employer
